Online Privacy is a constantly evolving landscape and 369
plans to take all reasonable efforts to maintain up to date
and effective online privacy standards and practices. We
have linked every page of our web site to this page for your

are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize
your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally
identifiable information ("Personal Information") you share with us.

understand the care with which we intend to treat your Personal

Children's Privacy
Since 369 is a "Venturing Site" and
the BSA Venturing Program is for young men and women
between the ages of 14 and 21 it is not structured
to attract children. Moreover, though 369 has information
about Cubbing and Scouting on-line it is intended for
the Adult leaders and not the youth members.
Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information
from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age.
The cards are stored in a non-indexed
directory so only you and the
recipient should now how to find the card.
This directory is also pretty secure from spammers.
Though we have no control over crawlers, we think
by not indexing the images this should prevent
most crawlers from finding the pages..
The web pages (e-card) is kept from 5 to 14 days,
depending on disk space. At that time it is automaticly
errased.
At this time, we have no intention of using the e-mail addresses.
Mailing to our reflector grants 369
the uncompensated and unrestricted usage of
your mail/posting in its [but not limited to]
WebPage, Newsletters, books, flyers, etc!!!
Unit's Name, Unit's Council, Unit's City/State/Country, and Unit's URL
of winning sites will be posted on our web page.
Due to Federal Laws of the USA,
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA),
no application will be accepted from anyone under the age of 14
without permission and participation of the applicants Parent or
Legal Guardian.
While Scouting The Web Award (or 369) does not require or
verify the age of site owners, anyone under the age of
14 is ineligible to submit a site for The Scouting The Web Award.
(A Site will be removed if it is determined the owner is under 14.)
