The Adventure
1998 Maple Sugar Festival
With two days notice, Explorer Post 369 cooked breakfast for
over 2,000 guests of the annual Maple Sugar Festival. We went
through 30lbs of mix an hour [60 gallons] and several hundred
pounds of bacon, not to mention saugges.
It is of course for a good cause:-)
